To exhibit or advertise at the upcoming conference, contracts can be submitted online by clicking HERE.

Competition spots are extremely limited and will be awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis so there is no guarantee that you will be able to compete. When registering, you will be able to see if there are any spots available. The application may be closed early if the maximum number of participants is reached.

Student -High School and under ¥20,000
Senior -65 and over ¥25,000

There’s a early bird discount if you register before April 30, 2024, and also special price for participating in multiple events.

Participation Fee

Yes, IWBC will have staff pianists available for a small fee to perform with presenters at the conference. You are also welcome to bring your own accompanist (registration for a non-brass accompanist is free) 

Presenters will be assigned a 45 minute time slot to present and/or perform at the conference. 

Yes, everyone attending the conference is eligible to enter the lottery to perform in a guest artist masterclass. Competitors are also eligible to enter the lottery to perform in a masterclass with the featured guest artists.
