We are excited to announce that our next IWBC will be held in Hartford, Connecticut at the Hartt School from May 21-24, 2025. We have an all-star lineup of presenters, artists, and guest ensembles and are expecting many visitors from around the world. Additional Exhibitor Badges: $50
*Exhibit Space Fee includes 2 exhibitor badges, admittance to all conference events including evening concerts and all conference events, listing of company as “exhibitor” in the conference program
Setup : May 21, setup begins at noon, exhibits open at 2pm
Exhibits Open : May 21-24 (between 9am-5pm)
Teardown : May 24, exhibits close at 3pm on this day

Place an an ad in the printed conference program and digital version. Your ad will also be featured on our conference website.

- Outside Back Cover: $800
- Inside front and inside back cover: $650
- Two Page Centerfold: $800
- Full page: $500
- Half page: $250
- Quarter page : $175
- 1/8th page (horizontal) : $100

Program Advertisement Sizes
- Full page (no bleed): 7.3” x 10.6”
- Full page (bleed) live area: 8.3” x 11.7”, trim: 8.5” x 11.9”
- Half page: 7.3”x 5.2”
- Quarter page: 3.5” x 5.2”
- 1/8th page (horizontal): 3.5” x 2.4”
Digital Requirements
Acceptable file formats:
- High-resolution PNG or PDF file, with all fonts embedded, 300 dpi, press optimized
- Illustrator eps file, with all fonts converted to outline, embedded art at 300 dpi at 100%
- Photoshop tiff file, with layers flattened, 300 dpi at 100%
Color: CMYK for any ad. The entire program will be printed in full color.

IWBC reserves the right to reject ads deemed not suitable for publication. Ads provided that do not meet the specifications in this document will be altered to fit those specifications and may incur an additional charge.
Companies seeking a package deal should submit both contracts, payment can be made as one total, or separate.

Sponsor the conference
Support the 2025 IWBC Conference by sponsoring one or more of the options below:
Conference Swag
- Have your company name listed on the sponsor board at the registration table, in the conference program, and on the website – $100
- Have your company name listed on the back of the official conference t-shirts – $50
- Have your company name and logo listed on the back of the official conference t-shirts – $250
Events
- Sponsor the evening reception – $200
- Sponsor an artist recital – $100 (your company name will be announced at the recital as a sponsor and it will be listed in the program)
